Can anyone check and write here a value of voltage between pins 2 and 4 on LMM connector (CO-Poti)?

I had 4,5V and the performance wasn't very nice, avg. conspumption acceptable about 12l/100km

Today I've checked the value in my mate's 20V, and he has 2,94V, I've set the same value in mine and now it DRIVES

But we both still don't know if it is a proper value. He set this himself, without exhaust gas analizer, because he also has the same problems.
