The advise from Mobil is "Mobil super 3000 X1 5W40" for the 7A engine.
I ordered 5 liter and try it, if temperature stays the same but the oil use rises i go back to 5W50.

Engine runs Ok and the temperature is is the same , maybe a little cooler.
Use of oil is about 1 liter at 2500km.
The car does not smoke or smell so that's OK now.
