Today is discovered that a former owner of my car put newer model drosselklappe on it. Wiring brown/green are put together, car runs oke for 8 years. I have a older model for spare, shall i make the car Original or leave it like it is?
Edit: The pink hose on the picture is connected on the drosselklappegehause....it seems to go underneith the dash but i cannot find it beqause of all the wiring. Does anybody know what this hose is for?
could you take a Photo from the Built-in Poti? if its possible, so we an see a Spare-Part Number or so...

I took it out complete, i found one number: 051 133 154A
Can anybody tell me which hoses on which connection belongs?
The yellow connetion is closed with some metall.....
Off course another question : Can i adjust the bolt in the purple circle? The reason i ask is that my car has a to high leerlauf ,the adjuster screw is complete at the end. I noticed that the small klappe is not closing compete, there is shining licht trough if i look in the sun or with a lamp.
did you set the ecu in Base-Setting to adjust the Leerlauf? if you only turned the LL-Screw, without setting the ECU in Basemode, it will not work....

Yes i understand, i did such modifications on my dirtbikes few years ago, the less obstacles the better the flow, only different thing was that i did not polisch the air inlet, i was told that you have better air flow if you leave it a bit scratchy, the outlet should be as smooth as possible.
